Simmered beef and onion known as "sukiyaki" in Japanese, in a rich soy sauce broth, paired with chewy udon noodles, and topped with naruto fish cake and green onion.
Manufactured on equipment shared with tree nuts, peanut, sesame, wheat, soy, egg, milk, fish, and shellfish.
The Naruto fish cake got its name from the Naruto whirlpools in the Naruto Strait in Awaji Island and Shikoku (South Japan). The distinctive pink swirl on the fish cake is said to resemble the whirlpools.
